Hosting and third-party services

Availability, resource limits, renewal rates, backups, support and third-party provider terms must be confirmed in writing for each service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate content and authorized access, review deliverables promptly and avoid sending secrets through public enquiry forms.

Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and schedule.
